Extract of a letter from a gentleman in London to another in this town, dated Oct. 13.

"I have for your further information, after your well known success of OUR's to the southern part of our continent—That Lord Dunmore and family are to sail in all October, to take upon him his government in Virginia, together with all the refugees that belong to South Carolina and Virginia: They have from government 100l. sterling each, and to have no further demands from them; with this particular privilege, TO ENJOY THEIR ESTATES WHICH THEY FORMERLY OWNED."
