BALTIMORE, December 4

A band of patriots arrived yesterday in town, from their glorious and bloodless campaign. They were welcomed from the rugged mountains of the west, to the arms of peace, by their fellow citizens, with the most lively emotions of joy and gratitude. Their voluntary service and meritorious sufferings in the cause of their constitution and country, must render the name of Stodder and his brave company of Fell's Point Artillery, ever grateful to their fellow-citizens of Baltimore. May such an illustrious example of heroic virtue and patriotism, create in the breasts of Americans, a virtuous zeal to face the hardships of a campaign, and, in preserving their rights from violence, "deserve well of their country."
