Tuskegee Choir on Eddie Fisher Holiday Shows
NEW YORK.-The internationally known 36-voice Tuskegee Institute choir will be the guest of Eddie Fisher, star of "Coke Time," on the NBC star's Christmas and New Year's TV programs.
The choir under direction of William L. Dawson, head of the Tuskegee Institute School of Music, will appear on the shows originating from NBC's Radio Center here on Friday, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1 from 7:30 to 7:45 p.m., EST.
These programs are carried by the NBC-TV outlets over the nation. The Coca-Cola Company, sponsor of "Coke Time," urges viewers to check their TV guides for exact time of the program in some areas the show is re-broadcast at various times.
The Tuskegee choir of 36 voices has appeared in leading concert hall, theaters and auditoriums in the United States and abroad.
