The grand Military Fair, to be held in Masonic Temple, by Co. A. First Delaware Regiment, commences to-morrow evening. This Fair promises to be one of the most brilliant entertainments of the season. One of the most attractive features of to-morrow evening will be the drilling of Captain Ryan's State Fencibles, the champion drill company of the United States. The drill will be performed without motion or command of the officers. Among the distinguished guests to be present are Maj. Gen. Meade, and Staff: Maj. Gen. C. M. Prevost, and Staff: Brig. Gen. Bankson, and Staff; Brig. Gen. Hoffman, and Staff, and Ex-Sheriff Leeds, of Philadelphia, accompanied by a large number of their friends. During the evening, McClurg's Silver Cornet Band will give a musical concert.
SKATING.
Another of the attractive and at the same time recreative concomitants of this fair will be roller skating. To-morrow, the skates will be removed from St. Mary's College Building to the Opera House, and immediately after the drill of the Penna. Fencibles shall have been concluded, sets will be formed and some fancy skating will be indulged in, after which a grand march, on skates, will take place, music being furnished by McClurg's band. A skating carnival will take place each evening during the continuance of the fair. In the meantime the rink will be closed.
