England is Urged to
Continue Evacuation
Of Kiddies to Canada

LONDON. Sept. 24.-Despite the shock which the people of England felt as the result of the torpedoing without warning of the ship carrying refugee children to Canada, the newspapers of London and other leading cities of England are unanimous in declaring that the disaster must not be permitted to end the evacuation of children.

The Times says: "Shocking. as this disaster is it must not stop the sending of other children to safety across the sea."

The Chronicle declared:
"In viewing of this latest terrible example of German cruelty, which is characteristic of the leaders of the German state. we must not overlook the fact that already 3,000 of our defenseless children are safe across the sea. We must not let this disaster interrupt the plans to evacuate the rest of our children to, safety."
