A decree of the Liberator ordains that the Custom House shall receive the vales of the nation in payment of export duties, and one-eighth in said vales in payment of import duties. This measure will give activity to commerce for those who possess large sums of that mail has just brought the news that the in army have just laid down their arms, refusing to fight against their brethren the Colombians. This will be of real benefit to agriculture. The grand recruiting for the corps of reserve has been countermanded. Bolivar through to be glad of this grand result, which will make him powerful, and enable him to attempt a union of the great family.
