New Way to Kill a Tax Title.

DUBUQUE, Ia., May 7. - Mr. J. A. Rohmberg, a capitalist of this city, called at the office of William Hintroger, a well known dealer in tax titles, and requested him to release a certain piece of property belonging to Mr. Rohmberg, to which Hintroger had obtained a tax title, and which, it is said, he had been promising to release for four years past. Hot words followed, when Rohmberg assaulted Hintroger with a cane. The latter cried for help. Rohmberg continued his assault until Hintroger agreed to give an immediate release of the property.
