ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO STAGE ANNUAL STUNT NIGHT PROGRAM THURSDAY

Atlantans who have followed closely the activities of the Atlanta Public Schools for the past decade may be able to recall the gala festivities of the Stunt nights that were held annually at the City Auditorium. In the old days it was Gate City, Storrs, Mitchell, Yonge St. and Roach St., and a host of other elementary schools competing against each other.

Thursday night, April 30, this unique tradition will be revived, when representatives from the elementary and high schools compete in another stunt night, sponsored by Booker T. Washington high school which will be held in the gymnasium of the Butler St. Branch Y. M. C. A.

Every school in the city system will be extended an invitation to compete for the beautiful gold medal to be awarded the winner, and among those who have already entered stunts are: The David T. Howard school, E. A. Ware, Ashby St., Crogman Night, Washington High Evening school, Gray St., and Washington High school.
