TWO MEN BOUND OVER ON THEFT CHARGE

Ralph Dickerman of this town and Irwin McGee of Springfield are held by the Hartford police on a charge of being implicated in a burglary which took place at the office of the John Irving Shoe Company.

Dickerman was a driver for the company and McGee was the manager of the shoe store. $702 in cash disappeared from the store safe one day and the two men were suspected of knowing something about the theft.

Both were given a hearing before Judge Schatz in the Hartford police court Tuesday and were bound over to the Superior Court under bonds of $1,000 each.
