Hostess to Card Club Wednesday
Mrs. Bob Sheffield entertained her bridge club Wednesday at the Henry Woody home on Orange avenue, members meeting for dessert and an afternoon devoted to contract.
Mrs. Sones won high score prize and Mrs. Roberson second.
In celebration of her birthday anniversary Mrs. Charles Truesdale was presented with a shower of dainty handkerchiefs from her fellow members.
Members and guests present were: Mrs. Max Sones, Mrs. Gene Roberson, Mrs. Charles Truesdale, Mrs. Joe Golden, Mrs. Sherman Eldridge, Mrs. Henry Woody, Mrs. Alfred Spizzy and the hostess, Mrs. Sheffield.
