FROM THE BOSTON CENTINEL OF WEDNESDAY LAST.

EUROPEAN AFFAIRS.

Since Saturday, London dates to the 3d of July have come to hand; with our regular file to the 27th of June; and Lloyd's List to the 20th. The details are not uninteresting, though their news is not so late as our French advices.

The grand army of Europe, under Schwartzenburg, De Tolley and Wrede, was rapidly advancing in France, on the capital. The allied monarchs had refused to treat with Commissioners emanating from authorities any way connected with the man whom they have proclaimed an outlaw. They met with no resistance; the "advance guard" of their army, under Wellington and Blucher, having silenced all effective opposition. At the last English date, this advance was near the gates of Paris; and our accounts direct from France, and much later, intimate that it had crossed the Seine, had surrounded the city; and that the army therein obtained an honourable capitulation on the 4th of July. This is the latest advice.

Louis XVIII. at the last date, was in France, accompanied by a cortege of his faithful Nobles and Marshals, proceeding on to Paris; where he probably arrived prior to the 8th of July, and resumed the reins of government.

Of Bonaparte. The fate of this personage is the prominent topic of inquiry every where. Since Saturday, we have had three reports respecting him. The first (and we think the most probable) is from England, which states that he embarked at Havre on board a schooner, on the first of July. His destination was conjecture. We know he left Malmaison the 29th of June; which would give him just time enough to embark at Havre the 1st of July- the distance being about 100 miles. The second report was, that he had ARRIVED IN ENGLAND; and that this had been received by a schooner from Bordeaux, spoken ten days since off Barnegat. This, we think, is not entitled to credit. The third report, said to have been received by the Pike, from Bordeaux, is, that he had arrived at the isle of Rhe, near Rochelle-was there waiting the arrival of a frigate to take him to America; but was there surrounded by British cruisers, which had knowledge of his intention. We only add, we have not heard of his arrival in any part of America.

The Vienna Congress had dissolved; leaving a committee to deliver papers, &c. All the affairs of Europe had been adjusted, apparently to universal satisfaction. Its proceedings have given the lie to innumerable calumnies which the tools of Napoleon in France, England and America have uttered against it.
