"ROTARY WHEEL" LOOKS LIKE THE REAL STUFF

"The Rotary Wheel," the official horn which blows for the Memphis Rotary club, is just off the press for the second time in its brilliant and bizarre young career. From kiver to kiver the little magazine bears eloquent testimony to the wit and genius which resides within the environs of Memphis.

There is nothing amateurish, sophomoric or somnolent about it. Its editorials carry the punch and its articles the kick. The persons responsible are John A. Osoinach, editor, and the following associate editors: F. D. Beneke, J. P. Alley, K. G. Duffield, Dr. Tait Butler, George Morris and C. E. Collins. Mr. Alley furnishes the illustrations which so aptly set off the literary offerings in the journal.
