We hear by the Way of Kaminiec, that the Interpreter belonging to the Turks, at the Congress of Nimirov, who was sent to Constantinople with the Conditions of Peace offer'd to the Porte by the Emperor and Russia, returned a few Days ago to the Ottoman Army, and continued his Journey to Nimirov:
It is said that he has brought the Grand Seignior's Answer to those Conditions; we don't precisely know the Particulars of that Answer, but several Circumstances make us believe that the Courts of Vienna and Petersburg will not be satisfied with it.
The other Letter is dated the 30th of September, and runs thus:
According to the last Advices from Nimirov, the Plenipotentiaries had held a new Congress, in which, as we are assured, new Propositions were put on the Table to serve as the Basis to the Negotiations for a Peace; and as it is added that those Negotiations appear'd acceptable enough to the Turkish Ministers, it is hop'd that the Peace may be concluded this Winter, of which there is the more Likelihood by the great Inclination which the Turks shew to conclude one.
