The Pirates.--We have been favored by Mr. Nation, the proprietor of the Exchange News Room, with the St. Christopher Advertiser, containing the trial at great length, of the pirates belonging to the Las Damas Argentinas. We extract the following closing paragraph of this truly horrible business.--

Balt. Gaz.

Pursuant to their sentence, Joseph Lazaro Buyson, Manerto Sabala, Jose Taparoni, Ygnasia Gigonelia, Gravier Jordan, Carlo Pecora, Bactista Moti, Pedro Canales, Juan Martines, Jose Ignatio, and Juan Gonzalves, were on Saturday last, about 11 o'clock, conveyed from the jail to the place of execution. The battalion of militia was turned out on the occasion, and marched from the square to the street in front of the jail. The prisoners were then brought out, and placed in two carts; and the awful procession moved off in ordinary tune. Arrived at the upper end of the bay, opposite the Pond Estate, where the gallows were erected, the prisoners (who were attended by the Hon. and Rev. D. C. Davis, A. M. the Rev. A. Whitehouse, the Rev. Mr. Clinckett, and the Rev. E. Wood,) were placed on the scaffold, where they stood for a few minutes in fervent prayer, and were then launched into eternity in the presence of an immense concourse of persons. While the procession moved onwards from the jail, minute guns were fired from the very instrument of the unhappy culprits' depredations, on board the schooner Las Damas Argentinas, which lay at anchor opposite the place of execution.

Yesterday, the full ceremonies of Saturday were repeated, in carrying into execution the sentence of the law on Manuel Calderon, Vicente Boas, Peter Noyes, Pedro Alcantara, Francisco Mannie, Caodaladio Auldali, Antonio Rodrigues, Juan Roseila, Jose Martines, and Manuel Gonzates.

And this day, Alfred Cooper, Peter White, Daniel Holland, Thomas Hennesy, William Philips, William Haoton, and Joseph Fleming, were conducted in the like manner to the same spot, and there paid the forfeit of their lives for their unpardonable offence.

Never before in our little Colony, have occurred such dreadful and distressing scenes as these we have been just called to witness-- twenty-eight unfortunate beings executed within three days. But, let it be remembered, that their crime was one of the most heinous character in the black catalogue of human offences, and that, although our feelings have been most severely taxed and most painfully excited, the common interests of society, and the inexorable requisitions of law and justice, have demanded the example and the sacrifice.

On each occasion, Elias Harry Merryman, Henry Harrison, and the two youths, William Ogle and Pepe Gonzales, were made to follow the carts in which the prisoners were conveyed to the place of execution; and with what feelings we cannot venture even to imagine, witnessed the dreadful penalty which their comrades paid to the violated laws of God and man!

Neill M'Neill, William Ogle, and Pepe Gonzales, have been pardoned by his Honor the Commander in Chief--on condition that they serve in His Majesty's Navy for the space of ten years.

There were five other men taken in Las Damas Argentinas, who, it was ascertained, joined her at the Canary Islands, after the capture of the Carraboo.; and they were therefore not brought to trial. These men, with the two boys were embarked this day on board his Majesty's ship Victor.

Number of prisoners taken in the privateer, 39. Executed 28, King's evidence 2, acquitted 1, pardoned 3, not tried 5.

We are indebted to the politeness of Mr. Edwin H. Alford, supercargo of the brig Ann Wayne, which arrived this morning from St. Thomas, for information of the apprehension of four others of the crew of the piratical vessel "Las Damas Argentinas," and of their condemnation, and that they were to be executed in four days after the sailing of the brig Ann Wayne.
