WILLIAMSBURG, February 12.

The Randolph, Captain Walker, in six weeks from London, is arrived in James river. We learn from letters by said vessel that the clause in the act of Parliament, made last session, by which non-enumerated goods, exported from the British colonies in America, are prohibited from being landed at any port of Europe to the northward of Cape Finisterre, except in Great Britain, is to be amended this present session, by including Ireland, which through mistake was omitted in the act.
