Mr. Webster of this place informs us by letter that the following persons have left that vicinity for Pike's Peak:
M. B. Goodell, Wm. Scoville, R. C. Bennett, L. Hilleiney, J. Burnsides, N. House and J. Martin.
Friend Webster is informed that the situation of the Department is such that it will not be surprising if many of the small routes of the west are dried up entirely after July 1st.-- at all events the present is most unfavorable time to ask for changes or additional service.-- We must wait in hope--in the mean time we pledge our best efforts to secure the proposed change.
