N. GROSVENORDALE—Major Joseph L. Roy, former North Grosvenordale physician who was called into active service when the Danielson Medical Detachment of the 43rd Division, Connecticut National Guard, was mobilized, is believed to be in a unit of the U. S. armed forces recently shipped overseas.

Dr. Roy visited at his home in North Grosvenordale recently and is known to have made arrangements for concluding some of his private affairs. His wife has left her home here and is making her residence with relatives.
