The following paragraph appeared in the last Salem and Boston news-papers:

"We hear from Concord, in the State of New-Hampshire, that the Honourable JOHN SULLIVAN, Esq. Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Major-General of the Militia of that State, and late a Major-General in the Continental army, died at that place, in an apoplectick fit, Thursday evening last."

--With pleasure we contradict the above, and assure our readers that the General still lives--emphatically and politically lives;--and we hope, long will continue one of the Morning Stars of New-Hampshire.
