New Postal Rates Announced

New low parcel post rates from Kodiak to other Alaskan cities and around the island will be effected tomorrow, September 12, as a result of the establishing of parcel post zones in the territory.

Regular fourth class parcel post rates in effect in the continental United States will be applied to shipping of parcel post packages in the Territory.
