LATEST FROM ENGLAND.

The fast sailing ship Packet, Captain Trott, arrived here last evening, in 34 days from Liverpool.--Our London files, by her, are to the 21st (Evening) Oct.

Not an additional official particular of the terms of the peace imposed on Austria, known to be humiliating--had transpired; though the naked fact had been officially announced in Holland. The cause of this silence occasioned many conjectures, not worth repeating.

The last Couriers stated, that no prospect of any negociation with France existed;--that parliament would not meet until January: and that discussion on ministerial altercations, had given place to schemes for celebrating the approaching Jubilee, (25th October,) when the British King entered the 50th year of his reign--At the last Cabinet Council were Earl Camden, Mr. Perceval, Earls Bathurst, Liverpool and Harrowby, & Lord Mulgrave.

Passengers in the Packet--Mr. David Hickley, capt. Rilton, captain Delano, captain Furnham. Mr. Miller, Mr. Hurd, Mr. S. Briggs, Mr. H. Patterson, and Mr. West. From some of them we learn, that opinions on American affairs in England, were suspended on the fate of Mr. Jackson's negociation here; but that the public sentiment appeared less amicably disposed towards us than heretofore. After the peace with Austria, the confidence in the success of Spain abated.--Centinel
