Full Text
Bi-Metalism.
The Saturday Review says: If Germany were to undo what she has been doing during the past two years—in other words, if she were to go back to the single silver standard—she would certainly rehabilitate silver, unless, indeed, either France or the United States were to take advantage of the change and to demonetize silver. But, if France and the United States retained their existing system, and Germany gave up the single gold standard, then the value of silver would be restored without any extension of bi-metalism.
