ODOR OF BOOZE ALL DRY AGENTS GOT IN SEIZURE

NEW YORK. Feb. 25.-Fourteen men and five motorboats, captured by the coast guard cutter Seminole as they cruised near the super rum ship Butetown with her $3,000,000 cargo, were towed tonight into Dead Man's Basin, the government's internment slip at the battery. A search of the seized craft having failed to disclose more than an odor, the ships with their crews were held for violation of the navigation laws in that they were outside the three-mile limit without clearance papers. Officers of the Seminole reported dragging ten cases of whisky from the water near the scene of the seizures.
