8. Trucks over 8 1/2 inches wide must be equipped with clearance lights.
9. Wrecking cars and towing agencies must not block the highways.
10. Trailers must be adequately equipped with a safety chain and be constructed so as to operate without wobbling.
11. Motorists must observe "School Zones" and signs and all other legal signals along the highway.
12. The Montana highway patrol board insists at all times upon courteous treatment to the traveling public.
In the past year there has been a definite increase in Montana's death rate due to automobile accidents. This increase is the result of more automobiles on the highways and carelessness on the part of the motorists. This condition can be remedied only by the whole-hearted cooperation of the citizens of Montana with the efficient highway patrolmen.
