Full Text

Warren Bridge. The work on this important avenue to the city, has been delayed in some measure, by the non-arrival of materials; but we are happy to state that large quantities have now arrived, and that the work will be completed with all the facility practicable. The draw, which we understand, is constructed in the same manner as the draw of the old bridge, was hung during the present week. The remainder of the piers will be driven immediately after the completion of the draw, and it is expected that the bridge will be passable for foot passengers in the course of October. The work thus far has progressed with rapidity, and without any accident.
