SHOOTING AFFRAY IN A GROCERY.-An affray took place at 1 o'clock yesterday morning, in the grocery of Fredk. Weincke, No. 15 Worth. st., in which a colored man named Chas. H. Russell was shot in the leg. It appears that Weincke, in order to get rid of those who were making the disturbance, suddenly extinguished the lights, and then discharged a revolver into the crowd, and Russell received the charge in his leg. Dr. Kennedy was sent for and dressed the wound, after which Russell was taken to the N. Y. Hospital. Weincke was arrested and locked up by Justice Brennan for examination.
