A Chattanooga correspondent of a Cincinnati daily paper gives a list of the victories won by both the Federal and rebel armies since the commencement of the war. The list was compiled by the rebels, closing with the following comparative statement of the killed, wounded and prisoners on both sides up to September 1, 1863, including the battle of Chickamauga:
