The Goes, a Dutch Man of War under Capt. Sappius of 60 Guns, and his Majesty's Ship the Shoreham under James Osborne, arrived at Lisbon on the 7th of August N. S. with a large Fleet of Merchant Ships from London last from Plymouth. On the 16th following, the Shoreham sailed on a Cruise. On the 21st of August, his Majesty's Ships the Dragon under Capt. Watson and the Kensington under the Hon. George Edgecumbe were in Port at Lisbon, as were also the Hardwick under Capt. Sampson, the Great Britain under Capt. Williams, and two Privateers of 40 Guns each belonging to London.
