VIRGINIA.
NORFOLK, FEB. 20.
A letter from a gentleman of the first respectability in Lisbon, to a merchant in this place, dated the 21st Dec. contains the following:
"WE have no farther news here than the continued triumph of the French arms in Germany--after entering Vienna they still pursued the enemy, and the Emperors of Russia and Germany have retired as far as Cracow, in Poland, in consequence of a great battle lost by the allies at Austerlitz, near Brunn, in Moravia."
