We likewise hear that about a Month past, a Woman with a young Child in her Arms, left her House in order to go to a Neighbours, but lost her path, and struggled none can tell where for 20 Days, when she came in almost starved, to a House in No. 4 on Connecticut River, about five Miles from her own House, having subsisted on Roots, Leaves, &c. She buried her Child a few Days after he was lost. Her Husband and many People of the neighbouring Towns went in search of her from Day to Day, but could make no Discovery till she came in herself.
