Transfers Recorded.

The following transfers of real estate were left for record at Clerk Hook's office on Saturday:

Deed made May 20, 1892, by Jacob Schmidt and wife to Charles Sorgey, for the north half of lot No. 10 in square No. 6, in Sprigg and Ritchie's addition. Consideration, $1,175.

Deed made May 16, 1890, by Frederick Brower and wife to James G. Frazier, for a certain parcel of land on the headwaters of Caldwell's run, in Ohio county. Consideration, $16,240.

Deed made May 17, 1892, by George Acker and wife to Eliza Rine Seamon, for certain land on Caldwell's run. Consideration, $100.

Deed made by the executor of the estate of Louis Lunsford, deceased, to Julia A. Lunsford, for a lot in Leatherwood. Consideration, $533.33.
