Y Campaign Force Enters Home Stretch

The Contributing Membership Committee of the YMCA Campaign was the only unit reporting Saturday as the General Campaign Organization is working over the week end for the purpose of reaching the goal and will report again Monday evening 5:30 YMCA time.

General Chairman Hope and Ivey were in touch with their Division Leaders Johnson Harpe, Davis of Division "A" and Leaders Brooks, Alexander, Hamilton of Division "B" and their captains Saturday and reports from Campaign headquarters indicated that the men are on the field and are meeting with favorable results.

The telephone was busy between Chairman Cox, Col. Walden and other members of the Contributing Committee all through the day and from all reports, it looks that their goal challenge to the two divisions will be met in record time.

General Chairman Ivey was the ranking member of the committee at the Noon-Meeting Saturday followed by Col. Walden, while Dean Mitchell will be in the forefront Monday from all indications. It is to be remembered that Chairman C. S. Cox has been hard to crown as he is protecting his 100% record as a PRODUCER. GO-GETTER with a national record among YMCA Campaigners.

The Campaign Photograph will be taken at the YMCA Building this afternoon, 3:30 p. m. and the General Chairmen requests all Committee Chairmen, Leaders, Captains and workers to be present promptly at 3:15 YMCA TIME. Atlanta and Columbus, Ohio are running neck and neck in their YMCA Membership Campaign with Columbus ahead in members and Atlanta leading in fees. Word has not been received from Philadelphia which is conducting its campaign during the same dates. Last year the Ohio city got its inspiration from Atlanta, but Atlanta should lead Columbus.
