Full Text

Au Revoir.
With this issue the writer severs his connection with the Express Publishing Co., having disposed of his interests in the Express news and commercial printing establishment to one well known in this community, Dr. F. M. Somers.
In parting company with the Express, we do it with a great deal of reluctance. The associations and acquaintances formed and made during the ten years of our connection with the establishment, as employee and part owner, have been of the pleasantest nature.
For our successor we bespeak the same extension of courtesies and favors that have been liberally bestowed on the writer.
With a sincere wish of many successes for the Express and its owners, and heartily thanking our friends for their many kindnesses, we bid you adieu.
M. A. METZGER.
