SUPERIOR COURT.

The first session of the Superior Court for the County of Merrimac, commenced on Tuesday last. Present all the Justices. The charge to the Grand Jury, which was able and impressive, was given by Chief Justice Richardson.—Attornies from every County in the State except Coos; and an unusually large number of spectators attended.

The number of actions transferred from the counties of Rockingham and Hillsborough was 96—new entries 363.

Two actions only were tried during the past week, and it is probable the Court will sit all the present week.
