N. B. There are now in the South-Sea-House upwards of 40,000 Tickets which are not disposed of, besides great Quantities that are pawn'd in Bankers and other private Hands for a rising Market; so that those who are determin'd to be in Fortune's Way, will by having a little Patience may depend on bubbling the Bubblers, and having Tickets at almost what ever Price they please to buy them at, otherwise the Gentlemen Engrossers must wheel with 20 or 30,000, which will for ever cure them from engrossing for the future.
