Fatal Accident.-John Horkney, an employee of the Rutland and Burlington railroad, was suddenly killed last evening by being run over by a hand car, near Pittsford, on which he and some comrades were riding. He was turning the crank by which the car was being propelled, when the sleeve of his jacket becoming entangled he was thrown violently forward and from the car, which run over him, inflicting injuries from which he died in about half an hour. He was about 25 years old, of steady habits, and leaves a wife and child.
