Martinique Taken.—We are informed by captain Hazard of the Swedish schooner Locker, from St. Bartholomews, which Island he left the 15th of last month, that a few days before he sailed, information which was relied on, was received, stating that with the exception of one fort, the Island of Martinique had surrendered to the British forces, under admiral Cochrane and sir George Prevost.—

The letters received at St. Bartholomews, announcing this event, stated that no doubt was entertained that the remaining fort would shortly surrender.
