Expecting UF to realize goal in mid-January
United Fund co-chairmen F. J. Mayo and H. C. Herring have predicted that Pascagoula will reach its $130,000 goal by Jan. 15.

Over $121,000 or 93 percent of the goal has been pledged to date.

The campaign will continue until all prospects have been asked to donate by campaign workers.

Workers are expected to complete canvassing work during the next two weeks.

High degree of business activity before Christmas has delayed canvassing work, the co-chairmen said.
