THE IMPARTIAL LAW.

FORTY-FOUR "informations" against vessels and merchandise, under the non-importation law, have been advertised by the Marshal of this District, for TRIAL, on the fourth Tuesday of the present month. An immense amount of property is involved, but we presume bonds are held for the most of it. If the process is not stopped by the President, the trials will be highly important. Among the vessels whose cases are advertised, are the Penelope, Huron, Pilgrim, Sally, Venus, Palinure, Charles, Rambler, Washington, Neptune, Helicon, Three-Brothers, Dove, Merchant, Eros, Betsey, Charming Nancy, Jane and Sally-and, of course, we presume their cargoes.
