LILLE MOTHERS DEMAND PUNISHMENT OF KAISER

Paris, Dec. 11—Legal action against the former German emperor has been commenced by an organization of Lille mothers. The demand for prosecution states that the commanders of the German army in April, 1916, directed that minor girls be carried away from their families; that they were submitted to serious treatment and forced into close contact with notorious women.

The statement of complaint says that whereas said commanders were thus guilty of the crime of abduction and that they were under command of their former emperor, prosecution is demanded.
