Columbus Owes $13,000,000.

After redeeming $2,021,900 worth of bonds and reducing the city's debt by $666,100 in the year just closed, the report of Martin A. Gemuender, secretary of the sinking fund, shows that the outstanding indebtedness of the city is still $13,806,800.

The new general city bonds issued for the year 1910 aggregated $798,000, and the special assessment bonds $557,000, making a total of $1,355,000.

The bonds redeemed were: General city bonds $1,046,000, assessment $975,000; total $2,021,900. Receipts of the trustees were $4,570,831.54; disbursements $4,258,058.80. Balance on hand $312,772.74.
