Virginia Elections. The returns having been fully received, of the elections in Virginia, it is now ascertained that their Delegation to Congress will consist of 12 democrats and 3 whigs, viz: Messrs. Archibald Atkinson, G. C. Dromgoole, Walter Coles, E. W. Hubbard, T. W. Gilmer, John W. Jones, Henry A. Wise, W. F. Lyons, W. Taylor, J. W. Watts, G. W. Hopkins, and L. Steenrod, who are democrats: and Messrs. Willoughby Newton, Samuel Chilton, and G. W. Summers, whigs.

The democrats have a majority in the Legislature, upon joint ballot, of 24.
