OYSTER DREDGERS IN DISTRESS.—Four men who had made their way to Washington from Cone river were arrested yesterday on the charge of vagrancy. Until a few days ago, they said, they had been employed as dredgers on an oyster boat which set out from Baltimore, agreeing to serve for $2.50 per month and their board. Their captain kept them about three weeks and then set them ashore near the mouth of Cone river without paying them anything. Judge Kimball yesterday sentenced them to fifteen days' imprisonment, so that they might be kept dry and warm. The names given are Otto Craig, Crine Rothman and John and Frank Miller.
