MELVIN CHASE HEAD BOOK-KEEPER for the Chitina Cash Store. went by Gillam Airways to the coast city of Cordova. on business for a few days and has just returned. He has been back on the job only a short time after several weeks in the new Hospital for pneumonia. It was pretty tuff to have to have pneumonia, but it is far from tuff to be taken care of by such a fine nurse as Miss Lambert. We haven't heard any thing about Chase asking to go on home from the hospital because he was starving to death while the fever lasted is one patient did not so long ago. Well, we hope Melvin enjoyed it down in the bright lights of the big city of Cordova. to kind of make up for being sick so long.
