GARDEN CLUB CELEBRATES 4th ANNIVERSARY

On January 6, the Camellia Garden Club celebrated its 4th Anniversary in the lovely home of Mrs. Roxie Price. Throughout the evening the guests enjoyed a very pleasant meeting and the tasty luncheon served by the hostess. Highlight of the meeting was the presentation to the club, by Mrs. Price, a beautifully decorated cake of red and green with four candles to match. Visitors were: Mesdames Charity Reed, Cora Davis and Zilphis Williams. Mrs. Reed made an interesting talk on flowers and in her talk she mentioned the beautiful garden of Adam and Eve. She also recited a poem.

The meeting adjourned by the members repeating the pledge.
