Frankfort, July 21: His Prussian Majesty and General Laudohn are both in motion. The King caused on the 17th, sixty cartridges to be distributed to every soldier, after which the army received the sacrament. Five hundred Surgeons have joined it, together with three waggon loads of bandages. The design of his march is to save Breslau and to frustrate the intentions of Gen. Laudohn, which are to join the Russians.
