Coming fashions are making themselves felt. Bolero jackets are in for another season of popularity. Every effort is to be made to suggest length of arm and of neck. All gowns are supposed to be silk lined, and lining to match the outer material is rarely to be used. Black gowns will be lined with black and white check or stripe, or with scarlet, green, heliotrope or bright blue. Plaids will have another run of popularity. Paradise feathers will be worn wherever they can be put this season. Stripes and solid color will be conspicuous in the summer materials. Cashmere and berages are two old materials in for a revival. The spring jacket will be short, tight fitting, tailor as to finish, and in covert colors. Pompadour in all elaborations and modifications will be popular hair dressing for the next two seasons at least, and may be made becoming to all faces. Paradise feather headdresses will be much worn with dress effects in pompadour combing.
