The most interesting news by the telegraph from the America, is the story respecting the fate of Sir John Franklin.

Esquimaux have been discovered who represent that two ships, answering in their description to those of Sir John Franklin, were wrecked in the northern seas in the winter of 1846, and that a part of the crew were drowned, and the remainder after undergoing many privations were killed by the natives. This story is discredited, and probably with reason.

The American ships of search have been heard from, and at the last advices the Advance was aground, but it is said would be got off without injury.
