SUMMARY.

The gag having been again applied, in the H. of R., and Mr. Wilde's amendment cut off. the votes upon the several questions stood thus:

For the previous question—ayes 114, noes 107; majority 7.

Against rechartering the U. S. Bank—135 to 82: majority 53.

Against the restoration of the deposites—119 to 104; majority 15.

To continue the State Banks as depositories— 217 to 105; majority 12.

For investigation of the affairs of the Bank, &c. 174 to 41: maj. 133.

We shall give the ayes and noes upon these several propositions.
