ANOTHER COAL OIL ACCIDENT.-The Easton (Md.) Star says: On Saturday last a little daughter of a German named Oettlein aged about nine years, residing near Long Woods, attempted to rekindle a fire in the stove and it not blazing as speedily as was desired, she took a half gallon coal oil can, which contained about a pint of the fluid and attempted to pour a few drops. As soon as the oil struck the fire it ignited and the blaze flashed up to the can which exploded. The blazing oil flew all over the child's clothes and as she ran into the yard and the wind blowing very hard at the time her clothes were nearly all burnt off before assistance could reach her. Doctor Chamberlaine was sent for and gave her every attention, and Friday morning she was comparatively easy, but from the extent of her injuries she has a narrow chance of recovery.
