Mexico City, April 7.-The new cabinet of Mexico, now the storm center of the government, is composed of men whose ability has frequently been tested. Demetrio Sodi, the new minister of justice, a leading Mexican lawyer, is an authority on international law, and his advice has frequently been sought by President Diaz.
Jorge Vera Estanol, minister of public instruction and fine arts, is a lawyer of wide experience, frequently appearing in the supreme court of Mexico.
Francisco de la Barra, who succeeds Enrique C. Creel as minister of foreign affairs, was formerly the Mexican ambassador at Washington.
Manuel Marroquin Alvarea, minister of agriculture, is a well known civil engineer.
